Sani-Blast™ Anilox Roll Cleaning Systems will deep clean anilox rolls and sleeves, gravure cylinders and coating rolls, on-press or off-press. Sani-Blast roll cleaning returns rolls to clean as new without the major cost to re-engrave. Our process is the most effective system on the market using a special formula of sodium bicarbonate designed for cleaning and renewing anilox rolls. This is the most efficient and environmentally safe cleaning process available; no recycling is necessary. Our process yields brilliantly clean rolls and sleeves for superior print quality.

All Sani-Blast™ Anilox Roll Cleaning Systems are automated for consistent controlled cleaning. The sodium bicarbonate media is applied at low pressure to gently remove dried ink and glue deposits from the roll cells. The small size of the media allows it to reach the bottom of the cells for superior cleaning results. Spent media is recovered into 5-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums and disposed of in any sanitary container. There is no need to recycle the media.
