The VDP Inline™ is compact and uniquely affordable for adding data to existing narrow web flexographic presses.  Easily add data such as sequential numbers, bar codes, traceability codes or game codes to tickets, tags and labels.

The Sani-Blast™ systems use environmentally sensitive baking soda with an automated system to safely, precisely clean anilox rolls either on or off press.  An anilox roll cleaning service is also available, both on or off press.

Eaglewood Technologies, LLC has signed an agreement to distribute in the U.S. for UK based ink manufacturer, Pulse Roll Label Products Ltd. Eaglewood Technologies is based in Minneapolis, MN and will handle sales of the Pulse range of label printing inks and coatings, which includes their unique linerless products.

Pete Mulheran, President of Eaglewood Technologies said, "Pulse has unique label inks and coatings that are well suited to the North American market. This coupled with our existing organizational activities will enable us to expand our product offering." Mulheran has been in the flexographic industry 34 years, 30 years of that time in printing inks.

Sani-Blast will showcase their environmentally safe anilox roll cleaning systems at Corrugated Week 2010 on October 6th and 7th in Baltimore, MD. Sani-Blast's soda blasting method of anilox roll cleaning is the most effective method available. Eaglewood Technologies is now an authorized representative of the recently launched Squid Ink VDP-In-Line™ Printing System. This VDP In-Line system is a uniquely affordable solution, while providing high quality print. It will easily mount to a web press or rewind station to print variable without taking the job offline for a second pass. The system is ideal for adding data, such as sequential numbers, bar codes, traceability codes or game codes on tickets, tags and labels.

Each printhead uses a 2.1" print engine, so no stitching is necessary. This improves print quality and eliminates the need of keeping individual printheads aligned properly. Up to four printheads can be added per controller, with a total of up to 8.4" of print per system.

The VDP In-Line system is the only such printer in its price range, while providing high quality print, quick installation and startup as well as significantly reduced consumable costs.
