The ultrasonic cleaning station US-500 is a compact workstation, which can be easily moved thanks to the four rollers. The unit is designed for companies that have few parts to clean per day and are looking for an environmen-tally friendly and cost-effective solution.

Features

The US-500 can easily be moved thanks to four attached casters. An integrated flow brush allows for manual parts cleaning; depending on the curing degree of the ink, a cleaning cycle lasts between 15 – 30 minutes. The non-volatile cleaning agent’s properties allow detached ink particles to clump together during standstill periods and settle into a basin at the bottom, which is emptied occasionally for sludge removal.
