The pack includes the complete supply of all necessary elements, from the anilox roller to the engine. The design and testing of the conversion is guaranteed by BFT Carbon, and the benefits are immediate, starting with an increased production capacity.

ON300 Single Blade Solution

ON300 represents an unprecedented innovation in single-blade carbon fiber doctor blade systems. Ideal for applications ranging from corrugated board to coating and tissue, its open design allows the circulation of inks, varnishes, and adhesives with viscosities from 10s to 40s without any flow issues. The carbon fiber construction provides lightness, easy cleaning, and significant vibration reduction. The BFT positioning system, available in stainless steel or carbon fiber, ensures precise placement of the doctor chamber on the anilox roller.

The ON300 carbon fiber doctor chambers can reach a maximum length of 6200 mm and accommodate anilox diameters ranging from 250 to 450 mm.
